Camping Le Rancho is located at the foot of the Albères mountains, bordered by the Massane River, in a natural, peaceful, wild and authentic environment.

We are only 6 km from the beaches of Argelès-sur-Mer, allowing you to combine mountain hikes with relaxing moments by the sea.

Le Rancho offers pitches for tents and caravans, as well as mobile homes, cabins, and Coco Sweet rentals for 2 to 6 people. Directly from the campsite, you can enjoy access to marked hiking and mountain biking trails.

Practical information to prepare your hiking stay

Recommended equipment: sturdy hiking shoes, trekking poles if you have them, hat/cap, sunglasses, sunscreen, and plenty of water.

Maps & GPS tracks: use Visorando, AllTrails, or IGN maps for the listed hikes, especially for circuits of 10–12 km.

Access: some starting points such as Lavail, Valmy, or the coastal trail may require a short drive from the campsite. Check parking availability.

Safety: monitor the weather, avoid unmarked paths, and let someone know your route if you are hiking alone.
